Saturday 7:30 AM update: United Quest Park is closed after recent heavy rain. Plan B goes into effect: Teams scheduled to play at 9:00 and 10:30 at UQP will play each other at 10:30 at the Metro North Park turf field instead. Warm-up starts at 10:30, game starts at 10:50.
Metro North Park is open. Teams scheduled to play at 1:30 and 3:00 will still play as originally scheduled.
Multi-park game day
We have games at two different parks: UQP and MNP. Please be sure to check team assignments below for your daughter’s field location.
Partial weekend DH
We have four games on Saturday, April 23, plus two games on Sunday, April 24. Most but not all girls will play Saturday. Those who aren’t playing Saturday will play Sunday. Some girls will play both days; those players have a (1) indicator after their names. Link: Sunday, April 24 game day page
Hydration
Warm weather is here, so it’s time for a reminder about hydration. Girls should bring an insulated water jug to every game (minimum half-gallon, labeled with her name or initials and uniform number), filled with ice water or Gatorade and ice.
During warm weather, the insulation factor makes a huge difference. It keeps the drink cold, so your daughter will want to drink it. If she brings water or Gatorade in an un-insulated bottle and the drink gets hot, she won’t want to drink it, and her performance will suffer.

Warm-up captains
Girls whose names are in italic print with a (C) indicator are warm-up captains. They are responsible for gathering their teammates and starting pre-game warm-up. Link: warm-up ideas
