  2. Cradling:  what does this mean?
  3. Cradling:  toes up or toes down, or both?
  4. Roofing the ball:  what does this mean?
  5. Roofing:  should you place your receiving foot directly over the ball, to the side of the ball, or at an angle above the ball?
  6. Roofing:  play the ball before it bounces, right as it hits the ground, or after it bounces into the air?
  7. Roofing:  what body part or body parts do you want over the ball?
  8. Thigh control:  should your knee and upper leg be level with the ground, pointing up, or pointing down?
  9. Running through the ball:  what does this mean?
  10. In your dreams or in your nightmares?
