Game day notes
- Venue: We play at Metro North Park on the small turf field (our usual practice field) for the September 23rd games.
- Uniforms: Players should wear their navy blue uniforms. We’ll use practice vests to distinguish teams in the intra-Academy games. This allows us to easily move players around if needed to keep competitive balance.
- Hydration: It’s due to be hot Saturday, especially for the later games, so it’s time for a reminder about hydration. Link: hydration tips
- Weekly quiz: We post a quiz each week below the team assignments. Scroll past the roster table for quiz details.
- Warm-up captains: Girls whose names are in bold print with a (C) indicator are warm-up captains. They are responsible for gathering their teammates and helping the coach start pre-game warm-up. Link: warm-up ideas
