Game day notes

  • Uniforms:  Players should wear their navy blue uniforms. We’ll use practice vests to distinguish teams. This allows us to easily move players around if needed to keep competitive balance.
    • Uniform not yet delivered?  Your daughter should wear dark shorts and socks, and a dark blue or black shirt.
  • Hydration:  It’s likely to still be hot Saturday, so it’s time for a reminder about hydration. Link:  hydration tips

  • Warm-up captains:  Girls whose names are in bold print with a (C) indicator are warm-up captains. They are responsible for gathering their teammates and helping the coach start pre-game warm-up. Link:  warm-up ideas
