Game day notes
- Road trip! This is an away game day. We’ll play the games at the Tophat fields in Buckhead.
- I-75 South lane closures Cobb between Canton Road and Delk Road: The Georgia Department of Transportation has road work scheduled that will close multiple lanes of I-75 South this weekend. This will likely cause delays on I-75 South in Cobb, so plan your trip accordingly.
- Uniforms: Players should wear their navy blue uniforms.
- Uniform not yet delivered? Your daughter should wear dark shorts and socks, and a dark blue shirt.
- Girls in the 3 PM game — bring gray practice shirts: Girls in the 3 PM game should also bring their gray practice shirts. We may be expected to wear yellow shirts, which several players have not yet received. Gray will be an acceptable alternate color in case we need to switch from blue.
- Hydration: It’s likely to still be hot Saturday. Proper hydration is important! Link: hydration tips
- Weekly quiz: We post a quiz each week below the team assignments. Scroll past the roster table for quiz details.
- Warm-up captains: Girls whose names are in bold print with a (C) indicator are warm-up captains. They are responsible for gathering their teammates and helping the coach start pre-game warm-up. Link: warm-up ideas
