The Stars Soccer Complex hosts the Georgia Rush Soccer Club.
Since we originally posted directions, there has been some road re-routing in the Roswell / Milton areas that may affect our directions. We haven’t been to Stars since the mid 2000s, so we recommend you check current GPS data or web map site data before heading to the fields.
Directions from Metro North Park
Driving time is about 35 minutes, distance is about 22 miles. Driving directions:
- Turn left onto Paper Mill Road, go a quarter of a mile to the intersection of Paper Mill and Johnson Ferry Road.
- Turn right onto Johnson Ferry Road and go 1.6 miles to Abernathy Road.
- Turn left onto Abernathy Road and go just under 2 miles to the GA-400 interchange.
- Turn left to take GA Highway 400 North (US-19).
- Stay on GA-400 North for 9.5 miles until exit #9: Haynes Bridge Road (Alpharetta).
- Turn left onto Haynes Bridge and go 1.3 miles to GA-120 / Old Milton Parkway.
- Turn left onto GA-120 / Old Milton and go 0.2 miles to GA-9 / S. Main Street.
- Turn right onto GA-9 / S. Main Street and go 0.7 miles to Mayfield Road.
- Turn left onto Mayfield and go 0.9 miles to Providence Road.
- Turn right onto Providence and go 3.8 miles to GA-372 / Birmingham Hwy. This intersection is a traffic circle.
- Bear right onto GA-372 / Birmingham Hwy. and go 0.5 miles.
- The entrance to the park is on the right — it’s easy to miss! The soccer fields aren’t visible from the road, but you should see a big barn up on the hill.
Directions from United Quest Park
Driving time is about 40 minutes, distance is about 17 miles. Driving directions:
- Turn left onto Hawkins Store Road and go to Canton Road.
- Turn left (north) at a traffic light onto Canton Road and go 0.7 miles to Shallowford Road.
- Turn right at a traffic light onto Shallowford and go 3.8 miles to a large intersection with Sandy Plains Road.
- Turn left at a traffic light onto Sandy Plains and go 3.1 miles until it ends at Highway 92, also called Woodstock Road.
- Turn right at a traffic light onto Highway 92 (Woodstock Road) and go 1.7 miles until you reach Hardscrabble Road.
- Turn left at a traffic light onto Hardscrabble Road and go 2.3 miles. Hardscrabble merges with Crabapple Road during this stretch.
- Stay on Crabapple for an additional 1.7 miles, crossing GA-140 / Arnold Mill Road / Houze Road, until you reach GA-372, also called Birmingham Hwy.
- Turn left at a traffic light onto GA-372 / Birmingham Hwy. and go 2.3 miles to a traffic circle. You’ll pass Milton High School during this stretch.
- Navigate the traffic circle to stay on GA-372 / Birmingham Hwy. for an additional 0.5 miles.
- The entrance to the park is on the right — it’s easy to miss! The soccer fields aren’t visible from the road, but you should see a big barn up on the hill.
