The Cobb County – Marietta Water Authority starts a major East Cobb pipeline project September 12, 2015. This will likely cause traffic delays on Lower Roswell Road and nearby roads. Phase 1 will run about a month and will affect traffic on Lower Roswell Road and Terrell Mill Road between Old Canton Road and Powers Ferry Road. Phase 2 is expected to start in October and will affect traffic on Terrell Mill Road between Powers Ferry Road and Cobb Parkway. Phase 3 is expected to start spring 2016, and will affect traffic on Lower Roswell Road between Indian Hills Parkway and Old Canton Road. Link: CC-MWA pipeline project
