2017 King Holiday scrimmage group
Monday’s weather forecast was beautiful, so we reserved the Metro North Park TOPS field for informal King Holiday scrimmages.
The weather treated us right, and random luck also shone upon us. Our time span happened to overlap with that of our park’s concessionaire (Mr. Frank), who was doing pre-Spring prep. He saw the girls and kindly provided them with post-scrimmage popsicles!
We thank the parents for bringing the girls out to play and cheering for them, and we also thank our old friends ET (NASA Academy alumnus) and Paloma (current NTH U9 Academy player) for joining us to help the younger girls.
