Game Day: Saturday, November 4, 2023

We’re on a Noonday back field:  Our games are scheduled on Noonday Park back field #9A near Quest Park. To access field #9A, use the back Noonday Park entrance off  Shallowford Road (538 Shallowford Road), not the Hawkins Store Road entrance nearest to Quest). If you use the front entrance from Hawkins Store Road, you’ll leave yourself a long walk to the back fields.

Game day notes:

  • Cold weather:  We will likely have chilly weather for our earliest games. Link:  cold weather tips
  • No jewelry!  We will likely have a real referee. “No jewelry” is one of soccer’s rules. It’s a rule, not a suggestion. Link:  jewelry rule
  • Uniform colors:  We’ll wear home colors (yellow uniforms).
  • 7v7 play:  We’ll play the 7v7 game format, not 5v5. We recommend you spend 30-60 minutes of time with your daughter reviewing our 7v7 document. You can clear some table space, get some board game pieces, and go to town helping the girls get familiar with positional names and responsibilities.

Supportive parent tips:

  1. Be your daughter’s biggest fan.
  2. Be the other girls’ 2nd biggest fan.
  3. Please allow the girls to make their own decisions.
