Uniform cycle
NASA 
started a new uniform cycle for the fall 2014 season. We typically keep our uniform package for two full years, which will carry through the spring 2016 season.
The photo shows our main color scheme on the left, alternate color scheme on the right. (The styles are from our 2008-10 uniform cycle. We’ve since changed to yellow socks, but blue and white are still our main colors.)
Uniform package contents
All Academy and Select age groups (Junior Academy through U19s) have the same uniform package. The standard Academy / Select uniform package includes:
- blue (home) Adidas Condivo 14 uniform shirt and shorts
- white (away) Adidas Condivo 14 uniform shirt and shorts
- two pair of gold Adidas Copa Zone Cushion II socks
- two gray Adidas ClimaLite training t-shirts
- Adidas Condivo 14 warm-up jacket (blue) and pants (black)
- NASA-logo Adidas ball pre-printed with the player’s uniform number
- backpacks are optional this time around
Uniform orders
Select a number:
Each player needs a uniform number before you can place her uniform order. Check with your group’s uniform coordinator, manager or coach for a list of available uniform numbers.
Junior Academy Girls:
- Numbers with initials next to them below are already assigned. Top priority for uniform number selection goes to returning players, oldest to youngest. Second priority goes to new players, oldest to youngest. If a returning player wants to keep her old uniform number, she gets to do so as long as we get word by our deadline.
- Please check with your daughter to find out her uniform number preferences, then e-mail Ward a list of her top three (or more) choices. Deadline: Friday, June 10, 2016. We’ll finalize uniform numbers the week of our June orientation meetings, then we’ll submit a database to our uniform supplier, and they’ll contact families with instructions for placing orders.

Size guidelines:
Sizing guidelines are available on-line when you place your order. If your daughter has small feet, please check the sock sizes note below before placing your order.
Submitting orders:
We submitted our roster to NASA’s uniform supplier, Eurosport (also known as soccer.com) on June 14th. Eurosport will take it from there:
The “It’s time to order your uniform” message:
- Eurosport will create custom order pages for each new player and e-mail each family. The e-mails will likely be sent around June 16th give or take a couple of days. The Eurosport e-mail will come from the address custserv@SportsEndeavors.com. Please add this address to your e-mail safe list. (Their system only allows us to add one e-mail address per family.)
- If you click the ordering link in the e-mail, you’ll enter the process at the point of the Screen shot 2 below. We recommend using a full-screen computer to place your order.

Manually opening the uniform order page:
- If you didn’t receive or deleted the e-mail, you can still place your order. We recommend using a full-screen computer. Open this link: www.soccer.com/playerpassnav/teamGateway_2.0.php?club_id=12210850. Select “NASA Jr Acad Girls MNP-UQP” from the team list on the left side of the screen, then select your daughter’s name from the roster on the left side of the screen. (The roster is sorted by uniform number, not name, which makes this step a bit tedious.)
- The uniform order web page includes separate listings for youth and women’s sizes, along with optional items such as goalkeeper gear. The majority of our players will only order youth sizes. You can click the “Required” checkbox in the Category area on the left side of the web page (below the roster listing) to narrow the list to our standard uniform items. (June 17, 2015 note: If you ordered June 15th or 16th, the “required” list included optional items that showed a “required” tag, but weren’t really required. This appears to have been fixed as of June 17th.)
Screen shot 1: Look for the “Welcome to the NASA Store!” heading in the gray area to the right of the roster.There are lots of ways to select items. The most efficient seems to be to click the first link in the “Welcome” heading to “order all of your required items at once or by uniform collection”.
Screen shot 2: The ordering system will display a screen with three choices. Select the first option to order the “required collection”.
Screen shot 3: The ordering system will display items from the standard uniform package. (Heads up: Some items are shown multiple times: either once each in women’s and youth sizes, or once each in several different colors.) Each item has a link to a sizing chart. Some items are available in adult and youth sizes and have two separate sizing charts.
You can adjust quantities here; for example, if you want two training t-shirts, change the quantity from 1 to 2. If you want to omit an item that isn’t part of our standard uniform package, change the quantity to 0. 
All players need blue (home) and white (away) Adidas Condivo 14 game day uniform shirts and shorts, gold Adidas Copa Zone Cushion II game day socks, and a gray Adidas ClimaLite NASA training t-shirt for practice sessions. If cost is an issue, you can zero out other items.
NASA standard uniform package contents:
- blue (home) Adidas Condivo 14 shirt
- blue (home) Adidas Condivo 14 shorts; the Adidas Regista shorts are an approved substitute if the blue Condivo shorts are out of stock in your size
- white (away) Adidas Condivo 14 shirt
- white (away) Adidas Condivo 14 shorts; the Adidas Regista shorts are an approved substitute if the white Condivo shorts are out of stock in your size
- two pair of gold Adidas Copa Zone Cushion II socks
- two gray Adidas ClimaLite training t-shirts
Other commonly purchased items:
- Adidas Condivo 14 training jacket (blue)
- Adidas Condivo 14 training pants (black)
- NASA-logo ball pre-printed with the player’s uniform number (order size 3 for Junior Academy, or size 4 for U9 through U12 Academy); balls are listed in the “Recommended” collection, not the “Required” collection

Sizing:
Be sure to check the size charts. Eurosport doesn’t allow exchanges and returns for customized items (items with numbers or NASA logos).
Sock sizes:
- Socks are currently available in the NASA store in sizes XS, S, M and L sizes (left column below). Size XS are sometimes in limited supply. Sizing guide:

Shopping cart:
- Once you select quantities and sizes, click the Add to Cart button. The system will add items to your cart and prompt you to continue. The next screen will show the “recommended” collection, which includes a useful backpack toward the bottom of the list. You can zero out any of these items. When you finish this screen, click Checkout. The system will display all items in your cart. You can still adjust quantities, but if you need to change sizes for an item, you’ll need to delete the item and add the appropriate sized item back to your cart.
- Discounted shipping – promo code 1SUMMER499: Before you click the final Checkout button and enter the payment screen, enter promo code “1SUMMER499” and apply it to receive discounted shipping charges ($4.99 flat rate for all orders of $99 or more).
No e-mail?
- You can still place your order either via this link: www.soccer.com/playerpassnav/teamGateway_2.0.php?club_id=12210850, or via phone at 1-877-308-7989. If you order by phone, you’ll need to mention that your daughter plays for NASA and is a member of the NASA Junior Academy Girls group.
Distribution:
Eurosport will ship your daughter’s uniform package directly to your home (or other specified shipping address).
Label / customize generic items:
Uniform shirts are numbered. Other items (practice shirts, shorts, warm-ups, optional backpack) aren’t numbered and will look the same for all players.
We recommend labeling clothing items by using a laundry marker or Sharpie to note your daughter’s initials and uniform number on internal tags / labels. You can customize backpacks with a luggage tag, colored wrist strap, ribbon, small stuffed animal, etc. (link: backpack tips).
This will help minimize lost & found situations. You may also choose to have warm-ups and/or backpacks embroidered, or have uniform numbers applied to the practice shirts.
